Our Awesome Bike Route
O.K-- so I FINALLY got around to going to the Doc about my feet, and my hypothesis was right, I have Plantar Fasciitis. Now I get to go to a specialist. So in the meantime I have to stick to bicycling. Aaron and I went yesterday. We have a great route right near our house, and I've been meaning to bring the camera, but somehow keep forgetting. Once we saw a huge Tarantula, but no camera-- bummer. We brought it yesterday, and I thought you might like to see how beautiful it is where we live. Pretty cool, huh?

What a cool place to bike! And when your foot is better, it looks like a cool place to run, too! And it looks warm... ahhh... must be nice.

about your foot- i talked to me friend who has it. she said:
always wear shoes in the house for support; don't walk around barefoot
get GOOD shoes for running (she was supposed to e-mail the brand/style she loves)
she also has recommendation for supportive flip-flops which you'll need in your new climate.
and i realized this morning (some random thought out of nowhere): trina and tara were other readers i forgot to address! thanks, you guys for checking my blog out. it's so great to be able to keep in touch with people, so easy.
